Managing director Dave Cooper FCILT, MIRTE, MSOE. MInsTA, MIMI has been in the Road Haulage industry for over 40 years and has worked as a transport manager, trainer and consultant to both road haulage and passenger transport operators.
Over the years David has gained numerous qualifications to support his knowledge and experience within the transport industry.
Respected by his peers, and other industry stakeholders David is known for his hands on and innovative approach to the industry, when it comes compliance and training in the transport industry.
Having worked for familiar names such as the Road Haulage Association, Wren Kitchens (Transport Compliance Manager) teaching future transport managers and gaining Earned Recognition, FORS and playing a part in winning five Motor Transport Awards for Wren.
Our office at the Boathouse is managed by Holly Smith we are open 09:30 – 16:00 daily.
Working closely with transport lawyers, DVSA and trade bodies, we aim to offer our customers unrivalled hands-on compliance support and training. Keeping you up to date and compliant making for safer roads.
Our customers are from one vehicle owner drivers, to Large well known national hauliers of distinction.

The Prestige Transport Compliance & Training Ltd Consultant Charter is to ensure that operators, stake holders and regulators have the services of a professional consultant with an effective management system.
Consultants are trained and qualified with experience in their tasks and maintain continuous professional development.
Prestige Transport Compliance & Training Consultants Ltd
- Will have a level three transport manager certificate of professional competence in Road Haulage, and or Passenger Road Transport.
- Hold a valid and recognized auditor qualification.
- Have at least 5 years of experience in transport management.
- Have attended a public inquiry.
- A two-day refresher course will be attended at least every four years from the previous refresher course.
- Will attend at least one trade body briefing per annum.
- Subscribe to at least two trade magazines that are issued monthly.

- Health & safety Executive
- Highway Code
- Will follow the company ISO 9001 quality management systems.
- Be a member grade of at least one professional body – IOTA / CILT / IRTE.
- Smart in appearance.
- Not engage in malpractice.
- Always encourage operator compliance.
- Not give advice or comment on subjects they are not qualified in.
