- Building new vehicles into the maintenance regime
- Understanding brake test reports
- Evaluating a driver appraisal
- Conducting a driver gate check
- Checking vehicle height
- Responding to a prohibition and MOT failure
- Deciding on what action to take against driver infringements
- Managing policies and procedures
